About the event

Created by the Health Aging Research Group at the Oregon Research Institute, this series of Tai Chi moves is derived from the Yang Style, 24-form. Slow no-impact Tai Chi moves combine with synchronized slow breathing and mindful intent to relax you,  move your energy, train your brain, and help you improve your balance.

There are two (2) classes per week and you are encouraged to come to both whenever you can.

  • Classes start: Monday, March 2, 2020

  • Dates and time: Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 noon

  • Duration: 6 weeks (12 classes)
