You will get a general introduction to QiGong: a bit of history, basic background of what QiGong is and how it works, and an introduction to QiGong mind-body exercise. Cost for this one hour class is $25. Payment by cash, cheque, etransfer, or PayPal.

About the event

In this one hour class you will learn QiGong fundamentals and practice doing them:

  • how to align your body and why it's important
  • how to breathe in order to relax your body and mind 
  • some basic yet effective QiGong exercises to help you relax and help your Qi (energy) flow

NOTES

  • wear loose, comfortable clothing, and shoes or runners
  • bring some water or tea to sip on so you keep hydrated 
  • chairs will be available for those who want to participate but have problems doing the exercises while standing
