About the event

Learn the 24-form simplified Yang style of Tai Chi. This form, developed in the mid-1950s, is based on the classical 108 Yang style Long Form, and is the most widely practiced form of Tai Chi globally. Enhance your health and increase the flow of energy in your body as you learn what is frequently referred to as "meditation in motion", or what the Harvard Medical School calls "medication in motion". Improve your focus, your breathing, your balance, and your core - and have fun doing it.
