This is a series of 8 one-hour classes, Thursdays at 1:00 PM. Referred to as "meditation in motion", Tai Chi is renowned for its wide-ranging health benefits, from improving balance to relieving stress, from improving breathing to helping with depression. Start date: Thursday, September 15, 1:00 PM Prerequisite: None Cost: $80 (Canadian), payable by etransfer, PayPal, cheque, or cash
