Learn the 36-move Therapeutic QiGong routine in seven weeks. This form of medical QiGong was developed in the 1970s in Shanghai and is essentially a series of self-physiotherapy exercises.

About the event

Certified and experienced Therapeutic QiGong instructors, Marshall and Gail Garland, will guide you in your health-enhancing and health-restoring QiGong journey.

First class is Sunday, November 4, 2018.

Classes are held on Sunday and Thursday mornings, 10:30 - 11:30 AM.

We will hold a third class on Tuesday evenings if there is enough demand.

Cost for the 7-week program is $100 per person.

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes with flat soles.
