About the event

Learn the complete 36-move Therapeutic QiGong routine in six weeks.

  • Therapeutic QiGong was designed in Shanghai as two 18-move sets to help hospital patients recuperate faster so they could get out of hospital sooner, and to maintain their health once they returned home.

  • You need to come to at least one class per week in order to learn all the moves, but we encourage you to attend two or even all three if you can.

  • Classes begin Sunday, September 8.

  • Additional classes: Tuesday evening and Thursday morning.

Cost: $100 per person.
