Introduction to the two 18-move sets (total 36 moves) of Therapeutic QiGong. This QiGong routine was designed in the 1960s and 70s by a trauma specialist in Shanghai to help injured, sick, and bed ridden patients assist in their own recovery and healing, and to maintain and enhance their health.
We teach six moves each week. Attending one class per week is a must; coming to the second is very beneficial to help you review and practice.
Payment can be by cash, cheque, etransfer, or PayPal and is due following your first class.
