About the event

Learn the original 18-move Therapeutic QiGong set in three 2-hour classes.

In a small, intimate group:

  • do each move gently and properly, guiding and guided by your own body
  • accept yourself as your personal measure
  • synchronize breathing with your movements 
  • pull back from pain, achieve progress in comfort
  • learn intricate details of the simple moves     
  • incorporate visualization and guided imagery
  • understand how energy flow influences ability
  • co-ordinate your mental focus, breathing, and movements
  • enjoy full body benefit
  • Classes begin Sunday, December 1, and continue on December 8 and 15
  • NOTE: class size is limited to six students 

Cost: $150 per person

Price includes:

  • weekly handouts for reference
  • access to the Students Only page on our Therapeutic QiGong website
  • free related email access to the instructors for 6 months following class
