By incorporating Tai Chi Easy™ into a personal self-care routine, individuals can experience these benefits and improve their overall well-being.

 

This program is accessible to people of any level of ability, and can be done sitting, standing, or lying down.

 

It empowers people by teaching them evidence-based and easily adaptable self-care practices that they can incorporate into their daily lives.
 

This 6-hour training aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to confidently practice Tai Chi Easy™ for vitality and health and take control of your own well-being.

In addition, Tai Chi Easy™ will give you a good foundational background if you want to go on to learn any family-style Tai Chi (Chen, Yang, etc.)

  • This is a series of six weekly one-hour classes.

 

Dates: (Thursdays): April 30 to June 4

Time: 12:00 to 1:00 PM (Central time)

Location: Adas Yeshurun Herzlia, 620 Brock  Street, Winnipeg

Cost: $120 (Canadian), payable by​ e-transfer, cheque, or cash

Early-bird discount: 15% off if you register by Friday, April 24.
