Therapeutic QiGong, set 1, moves 1-18

  • Therapeutic QiGong, Set 1, moves 1-18, is a series of six 1-hour classes.

  • The easy moves in Set 1 were selected to address physical complaints from head to toe.

  • By incorporating slow, synchronized deep breathing and mind-focus, you will also feel more relaxed.

  • Most of the moves can be done seated, although maximum benefit is achieved when doing the moves while standing.

Class dates (Thursdays): April 30 to June 4

Time: 10:45 to 11:45 AM (Central time)

Location: Adas Yeshurun Herzlia, 620 Brock  Street, Winnipeg

Cost: $120 (Canadian), payable by​ e-transfer, cheque, or cash

Early-bird discount: 15% off if you register by Friday, April 24.
