  • Therapeutic QiGong, Set 1, moves 1-18, is a series of eight classes with a total of 8 hours of instruction.

  • The easy moves in Set 1 were selected to address physical complaints from head to toe.

  • By incorporating slow, synchronized deep breathing and mind-focus, you will also feel more relaxed.

  • Most of the moves can be done seated, although maximum benefit is achieved when doing the moves while standing.

Therapeutic QiGong, set 2, moves 19-36

  • Therapeutic QiGong, Set 2, moves 19-36, is a series of six 1-hour classes.

  • The moves in Set 2 address

    • ailments in the arms and legs

    • illnesses of the hands, wrist, and elbows 

    • illness in internal organs

    • they also strengthen internal organs, and promote energy circulation

    • alleviate hypertension, heart disease, gastrointestinal diseases, stress, anxiety, low energy, headache, and nasal congestion

  • These moves also incorporate long, slow, deep breathing with mind-focus, to help you feel more relaxed.

  • BONUS: includes 5 FREE ½-hour practice classes on Zoom.

First class: January 19, 2023
