Therapeutic QiGong, Set 1, moves 1-18, is a series of eight classes with a total of 8 hours of instruction.

The easy moves in Set 1 were selected to address physical complaints from head to toe.

By incorporating slow, synchronized deep breathing and mind-focus, you will also feel more relaxed.

Most of the moves can be done seated, although maximum benefit is achieved when doing the moves while standing.

illnesses of the hands, wrist, and elbows

they also strengthen internal organs, and promote energy circulation

alleviate hypertension, heart disease, gastrointestinal diseases, stress, anxiety, low energy, headache, and nasal congestion

These moves also incorporate long, slow, deep breathing with mind-focus, to help you feel more relaxed.
